Time management
Planning your week in detail will either reveal that you have more time available than you thought or less than you hoped for. Either way, using your time efficiently will ensure you do not miss deadlines, run out of time to complete tasks or neglect your academics in favour of socialising. Find a balance, but do not think that weekends are FREE TIME.
Time management spreadsheet
Be SPECIFIC - not vague eg "Study". Study what? Which topic?
Be REALISTIC - dont be overambitious and try to do 3 hours non-stop. You are only kidding yourself
Your PHONE is your biggest enemy when trying to complete a task. It reduces your efficiency and output by about 45%. Something that could be done in an hour will take much longer. Allocate PHONE TIME in the afternoons and stick to those times. Put the phone away the rest of the time.
School Resources
