Wynberg Cricket Boundary:

No boy is to stand on, bump over or move the cricket boundary on the Hawthornden (Cell-C). The ground staff will be installing the boundary rope – thereafter we need your help to ensure it looks aesthetically pleasing and professional.

 

DE WAAL HOUSE

A reminder to all De Waal boys about sandwich making in D11 tomorrow morning from 7a.m. Please remember to bring a loaf if you have not already done so and to help out with the making of the sandwiches.

MUSIC DEPARTMENT - INVENTORY:

All instruments/equipment/stands etc: that belong to WBHS must be brought to school by Thursday and be left in the store room.

Your name must be on the case. Failure to do so will have consequences

 

OXBRIDGE ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES:

For over 25 years, we have offered summer study (or in our case, winter study) abroad experiences in England, France, Spain, and New York City at major universities like Oxford and Cambridge.

The programs are aimed at high school students (13 -17) who have the desire and motivation to enrich themselves intellectually while immersing themselves in a foreign culture. 

A variety of courses ranging from British History, Molecular Medicine, and International Law to Studio Art, Psychology, language courses, and many others are offered.

Gr 10 & 11 - Anyone who is interested must meet in the library tomorrow during the Tuesday Tutorial, 12h30  - 13h00

SCUBA DIVING:

Any boy interested in doing a scuba qualification there will be a meeting on Thursday in C24 directly after school with the Scuba instructor. This will be a Question & Answer session for you to clarify and ask questions before deciding whether you wish to do a qualification.

Meeting in D31 at 1st break. All new members welcome
